Well, if your copy of windows makes it through the Windows Genuine Advantage install process, you'll be looking at a fairly nice and polished browser that comes close to the competition but somehow falls short. I find it truly unbelievable that Microsoft took 6 years to produce this version, since it really doesn't contain any innovative features. A must upgrade for all those people who default to IE, but if you have the slightest interest in a better web experience, I would encourage you to move to Opera or Firefox.

Best:

Improved interface
Tabbed browsing with thumbnails overview

Worst:

Still not standards compliant
Some strange interface conventions
